The concept really wasn’t as innovative as I wish I could say it was. The Rx Grid formed out of necessity. As our online following grew and prospective patients continuously messaged North Century Pharmacy wishing to do business with us, I quickly realized people are very hungry for patient-focused products and services with a mom-and-pop touch. I mean, why wouldn’t they be?!

Easy enough. I knew for a fact there were lots of independent pharmacy owners and operators who cared as much as me and were delivering high-touch patient experiences. We just needed to hook the proactive patients up with the proficient pharmacies in their territories. And here you have it.
