We're a deliberately small group of independent pharmacy owners who meet consistently, push each other honestly, and show up to two in-person retreats a year at locations worth the trip. The weekly calls keep the momentum going. The retreats change how you think.

The Rx Grid was built by Easton Bryant, owner of North Century Pharmacy in Kentucky, a small town pharmacy he launched in 2014 and built into a nationally recognized independent practice across compounding, digital wellness, and direct-to-patient programs.
Easton doesn't run The Grid as a coach with a curriculum. He runs it as an owner in the room, one who has made the mistakes, rebuilt after them, and has strong opinions about where independent pharmacy is headed. His credibility is the door. The members are what make it worth walking through.
