The concept really wasn’t as innovative as I wish I could say it was. The Rx Grid formed out of necessity. As North Century Pharmacy’s online following grew and folks from around the country continuously reached out wishing to do business with us, I realized just how hungry they were for patient-focused products and services with a mom-and-pop touch. I mean, why wouldn’t they be?!

Easy enough. I knew for a fact there were lots of independent pharmacy owners and operators who cared as much as me and were delivering high-touch patient experiences. We just needed to hook the proactive patients up with the proficient pharmacies in their territories. And here you have it.
