Easton Bryant opened North Century Pharmacy in 2014 as the seventh pharmacy on that outskirts of a small Kentucky town that obviously didn’t need another one. No corporate backing. No guaranteed patient base. Just a conviction that independent pharmacy, done right, could outperform anything a chain could offer.

What he built over the next decade, compounding, digital wellness, a national patient community, a branded app, and a direct-to-patient membership model, taught him that the hardest part of this business was never clinical. It was finding people who understood the stakes and could push you to think bigger.

The Rx Grid started as something else entirely. What it became was the room the industry never built.
